Yes. Connecting an app requires Plus, Pro, Team or Enterprise. That's an OpenAI restriction, not a Newsmind one.
No. Newsmind is hosted. There's no config file to edit, no local process to keep running and nothing to update — which is also why it works on iOS and Android, where a local server can't run.
Yes. Newsmind imports standard OPML, which every major reader exports — Feedly, Inoreader, NetNewsWire, Reeder. Import up to 100 feeds at a time by asking ChatGPT, or upload a larger file from your account page. Export works the same way, so you're never locked in.
Pro covers a 30-day window and Max covers 90 days, measured by each article's publication date rather than when Newsmind fetched it. Articles outside your window aren't returned by search or discovery.
